Appearance: Hazed amber , medium tanned , creamy head 3+. Nose : Soft , aromatic nose . Light grainy (gold roast) malting , some earthy-vanilla with fresh hint of fresh hops. Flavor/Palate : Medium bodied, drier with its slight high carbonation. Noticeable hop bite with warm alcohol side. Smooth finish. Nothing crazy here , simple ale but with rare trait of superb drink ability you will enjoy it couple of bottles in a row and still asking for more.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 17, 2008 Rating # 200 for this beer! Pours orange gold with a small head. Aroma is great. Sweet juicy citrus and pine. Ruby red grapefruit, orange, tangerines, some pine, and some sweet caramel malts too. Flavors of grapefruit, sweet orange, and other bitter sweet citrus fruit. Some malts make an appearance, but only lend to the fruity nature of the hops. Bitter sweet citrus hop juice is what this is. Insanely enjoyable. Lots of lingering hops. Perhaps a touch of pepper. The balance in this one is fantastic. spikester (602), Salem, Oregon, USA

The aroma is really pleasant, resinous, earthy, pine needles.
Flavor is mostly the citrus resinous hops. There is just enough malt sweetness to smooth the power of the hop blast in this IPA. Has the crispness I expect in a good IPA.
Palate is very nice and a nice lingering bitter citrus alternating with a bit of malt.
Overall I have only one complaint. This 22 ouncer was $6.99 US here in Oregon. I can ony hope this summers’ trip to the brewpub will be a better value. I only live about 65 miles from there and the wife wants to go to the beach this year. skoisirius (573), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 11, 2008 Sampled: tap and bottle a few times. This is another example of what to do to make an IPA. Tons of sweet malts and hops aromas blast of this brew. The flavor is, again, what an IPA should be: resiny, citrusy, grapefruit, bitter, and balanced. Almost perfect. Definitely recommend checking out this brewery! It’s absolutely beautiful! Maria (6167), Thisted, Denmark
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 1, 2008 It’s like pouring liquid amber into the glass - it’s incredibly beautiful, and the image is completed by the huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of spruce, grass and other more fruity and citrussy hop notes - it’s promising! The flavour has a light caramel sweetess, delicious notes of citrus, spruce, grass and it’s very clean. The citrus returns in the rather dry finish! Nice and well balanced - thank you Tom/After4ever for this nice beer! Angeloregon (2025), Portland, Oregon, USA

Aromatic resinous piny nose. Lots of bittering hops. Grapefruity, citrusy and bold. Full, rich flavor. Waves of rich hoppiness with a hardy hoppy, floral, piny lupulin finish. Excellent example of a world class beer! Tmoney99 (4714), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 14, 2007 Gift from freinds at Dilly Deli. Poured hazy copper color with an average off-white frothy head that lasted with good lacing. Solid pine and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Heavy smooth bitter flavor with a heavy bitter finish of long duration. This is a standout beer. Dansting (222), Overland Park, Kansas, USA

Nice aroma of hops, pine, and citrus. Good mouthfeel to it. Flavor was bursting with orange and grapefruit, and the finish had a pine-like taste to it. A very nice IPA.
