Courtesy seabass. Copper. White carbonation. Soapy and bittersweet. Astringent. Dry finish. Remember this being better, will have to retry.

A clear orange with small head. Big sweet citrus aroma. Light body but very sticky type of hop flavor. Strong grapefuit and carmel taste. More of a good beer to just drink rather than match with foods.

Man, the west coast sure knows how to build a good IPA. This thing is a spectacularly crafted, hop-forward, drinkable, lingering IPA.

22oz bomber. Wonderful cascade hop attack right out of the bottle. Pours a medium golden with thin head and very little carbonation. The taste is exquisitely balanced between the malt which is indeed slightly sweet (as advertised) and a little bready. The hops are very well integrated and last on the tongue nicely...it’s as if the malt subsides gently and the hops roll in to replace them. The balance and flavour profile of this beer is close to perfect. Excellent.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is dry wooden and slight peachy. Wooden and dry caramelish flavoured. Mild cheesy and solid barley malty. Slight bitter and dry flavoured fruity into the finish with a light malty note.
