Tweety (336), Vancouver, Washington, USA Sep 30, 2009 Man, the west coast sure knows how to build a good IPA. This thing is a spectacularly crafted, hop-forward, drinkable, lingering IPA. manuchampions (95), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Sep 24, 2009 22oz bomber. Wonderful cascade hop attack right out of the bottle. Pours a medium golden with thin head and very little carbonation. The taste is exquisitely balanced between the malt which is indeed slightly sweet (as advertised) and a little bready. The hops are very well integrated and last on the tongue nicely...it’s as if the malt subsides gently and the hops roll in to replace them. The balance and flavour profile of this beer is close to perfect. Excellent. joergen (8429), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 23, 2009 Bottle at Papsø.
Hazy amber coloured with a small white head.
Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, hops, pine needles and cardemomme.

Slight bitter and dry flavoured fruity into the finish with a light malty note. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Sep 22, 2009 Cloudy light amber color. The aroma shows resiny and fruity hops, nutty too, sweaty. Good sweetish toffee flavor, with an extreme hopping, very resiny. Papsoe (14613), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 22, 2009 Bottle 65 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with an off-white head. Peachy hop aroma. Medium body, overripe fruit and burned caramel. Rather sulphurous and bitter finish.
