Jun 16, 2009 Pours light copper with an off white head. Smells of resin, some spice, citrus. Tastes of citrus, some caramel, peppery, nice spicy finish.

Jun 14, 2009 Bomber served in a tulip. Golden honey in color with a pillowy off-white head. Big nose of pine and sweet citrus. Pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, orange, and a good deal of malt in the form of caramel. The attack has a sharp, hoppy bite with a bitterness that holds through the finish. Medium body. Creamy and very sticky mouthfeel. Excellent brew!

May 19, 2009 Bomber courtesy of writerljberg – thanks Luke! Pours a glowing dark gold with a 2 finger dense off-white head that lasts throughout the entire glass and leaves spotty lacing. The nose is sweet ripe citrus and caramel malt. The taste is toffee, tangerine, orange peel and tart yellow grapefruit in the finish that lingers. Medium mouthfeel. Solid IPA – thanks again Luke.

May 15, 2009 I must say Phil the Pelican is on to a good beer here. I get very little aroma off of this beer, the little I get is understated and piney. The flavor is pine, herbal and resiny hops with a little malt character. The finish is nice, a little pine and alcohol, delicious.

May 10, 2009 22oz bottle from liquid solutions. Pours clear copper color with a fluffy off white head that left some spotty lacing. Nose of citrus hops and a touch of sweet malt. Flavor is big on hop bitterness while a good balance of sweet malts really makes this a well balanced and tasty IPA...

May 8, 2009 Lots of orange/grapefruit herbal hop character in the aroma. Light malt sweetness, scrubbed away by a very nice citrus hop brillo pad. Well balanced. Very nice.
