Fresh grapefruit and pine aroma come easily.
Plenty of body delivers a well balanced, brew that ends with a long bitter finish.
Very nice IPA. You need to drink one of these just to remind yourself that Cascades hops are still doing the job as well as any of the newer hop varieties and will be around for a while with good reason. Angeloregon (2036), Portland, Oregon, USA

Aromatic resinous piny nose. Lots of bittering hops. Grapefruity, citrusy and bold. Full, rich flavor. Waves of rich hoppiness with a hardy hoppy, floral, piny lupulin finish. Excellent example of a world class beer! bitbucket (2036), Kirkland, Washington, USA

Pours clear copper color with a fluffy off white head that left some spotty lacing. Nose of citrus hops and a touch of sweet malt. Flavor is big on hop bitterness while a good balance of sweet malts really makes this a well balanced and tasty IPA... cbkschubert (2017), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 4, 2008 Pours a nice orange color and is mostly opaque with a light beige head. Smell is sweet orange malt and light hops, but more malty in the nose. Taste is quite hoppy with big citrusy and bitter orange rind flavor, with malt playing much less than in the smell. Good body and carbonation, and an enjoyable IPA.
