The flavor is bitingly bitter and absolutely wonderful. It smacks you upside the head in a well-rounded and pleasant way. Its finish is sweet and gentle. I loved it! willblake (2183), Belcamp, Maryland, USA

This was one of my favorites of the GABF weekend. Great balance all around from sniff to swallow. Plenty of lively eff to keep the palate clean. Huge IPA with thick and chewy malts, tropical fruit sweetness, lots of citrus and especially grapefruit. Sticky dry finish. Finish is long, citrus, wheatgrass. Just outstanding. I drank far too much of this goodness. The combination of peppery spice, grassy, plus citrusy hops is irresistible to me. jeffc666 (1894), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Massive grapefruit, citrus, cascade aroma. Brings me back to my days of homebrewing and smelling the hops directly. The flavor is an almost perfect balance of caramel and the citrus hops. Bitterness is quite pleasing. The beer finishes with a bit more pine than grapefruit. Body is medium. The palate is actually quite wonderful. This is one of the best IPAs I have ever had. Aromatic resinous piny nose. Lots of bittering hops. Grapefruity, citrusy and bold. Full, rich flavor. Waves of rich hoppiness with a hardy hoppy, floral, piny lupulin finish. Excellent example of a world class beer! hayduke (1659), Eureka, California, USA

Simply beautiful. Nose of citrus hops and fruits, with hints of pine. A treat for the nose. Mouthfeel is medium bodied but very smooth. Flavor is a good as the aroma, with much of the same great hops. Long light bitter finish makes this one of the easiest drinking IPAs I have ever seen. A simply wonderful brew and darn I only had one bottle. Got to get more. 123456green (46), houston, Texas, USA
