Commercial Description:
Coppery amber in color and features a mild, malty aroma. The malty flavor is balanced with Willamette hops to add a little "snap" to the flavor and finish of this rich ale.

[At Stockholm Beer Festival] A hazy amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of brewmash, barn yard, and straw. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw, and hops.

Bottled. Brownish orange. Swaty peach aroma. Sweet and sulphury with notes of strawberries as well as an unfortunate touch of methane. Medium bodied with clean hard mouthfeel. The anaerobic mud character along with the hard mouthfeel kills this beer.

Bottled. Brownish/orange colour with small beige head. Rotten fuit in aroma along with sugary hints. Sweetish sour apple, mango and malt in flavour. A bit hops in finish. Quite pleasant, even though it has the "rotten fruit" almost all the way through.

Slightly watery; touch of smoke; tinny notes amidst the malt, which is accurately described in the description as ’mild’.

On tap at Pelican Pub and Brewery, Pacific City, OR. Amber with beige head. Candy sugar and malt aroma. Malty in mouth. Bit of herb maybe. Very clean. Bit of herby/heather. Short tingly finish.

Hazy nutty brown, small creamy off-white head. Sticky glue-like harsh aroma. Unbalanced yeasty sticky malty flavors, medium-bodied. Some sweetness underlying. Not my cup of tea.

GABF-on tap-pours a thin light tan head with amber color. Taste is mild Scottish ale, creamy. OK carbonation.
