Aroma of alot of molasses, dark fruit, and lightly yeasty. Taste is alot of caramel/molasses, sherry- plums and raisins, nice and full bodied and relatively smooth, some light bready yeast. Finishes with lingering fruit, caramel sweetness, and a light to moderate hop bitterness. So far this one is aging extremely well. One of the highlights for me at the tasting, thanks Larry!
