Gethinbeer (684), Nova Scotia, Canada Jun 1, 2008 Bottle. Fruity aroma of oranges. A little hoppy also. Cloudy orange in colour with a lively appearance. Tangy, zesty flavour. Pleasant beer but a little thin. Not much body. MesandSim (4623), Highgate, Greater London, England Sep 25, 2006 A Mes rate:
50cl bottle from Thirst for Beer in Pwllheli. Far bit of character in this one considering it is low in alcohol content. Very floral nose with some faint lemongrass and a little ginger. Very pleasant infact. Head vanished a little to quickly for my liking but it has a great amber coloured body. Flavour is very similar to the nose but a little mellower. Finish is full of lemon but eventually gining way to malted biscuit. Obviously as you would expect the mouthfeel is a little thin but overall I am reasonably impressed. JensenTaster (1486), Denmark May 22, 2008 (on bottle) Light orange, white head. Floweriah, dandillon, aroma. Waterish and mildly barleyed taste. Haylike finish. caesar (2654), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands May 21, 2008 Bottle @ thewolf-and-his-flock-of-sheep tasting session. Hazy golden, medium head. Aroma is buttery, slight fruity, flowery, grassy hop. Sparkling taste, bit sweet. harrisoni (5474), Ashford, Kent, England Apr 25, 2008 Bottle from the deli at the end of Chris o’s road. Copper gold colour with lasting fluffy off white head. Cereal and light citrus aroma. Pretty decent light ale with excellent hop sting on finish. Little bit earthy and bleachy like so many BCAs, why don’t they chill filter instead? Cracking condition though. Very light citrus throughout. Settles down and comes out ok.
