Oct 7, 2004 Light clear gold with a small snow white looking head. Nice hop aroma. Clean tasting lager and refreshing. Light bodied and crisp. A nice lager.

Apr 15, 2004 I'll start with the ending - the best part - a generous amount of Hallertau bitterness and pepper. Malts are sweet and thin, body is prickly carbonation. This does make for a crisp brew, but a little something is lacking.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized white head that quickly fades. A very mild aroma - slightly sour. Reasonable strong malty flavor. Mar 28, 2004 Tasted at the brewery. Nice golden color, as the name would imply. Beyond that, its a pretty basic lager, but with a slightly better palate.

Jan 24, 2004 Light golden color, head disappated kind of fast. Mild pleasant malt aroma. Some malt flavor with a little hop bitterness. A decent beer but not as flavorful as some Helles style beers that I have had.
