Sep 29, 2008 Poured a light yellow color with a white head. Aroma was really grassy and hints of hops. Flavor was sweet, grassy and several different types of hops.

Sep 15, 2008 On tap at Fette Sau in Brooklyn. Bright gold, with small bubbly head. Grainy and grassy with some lovely crisp bitter Hallertau hops. Nice finish. Great with the food there.

Aug 22, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Very light golden color, Modest head that held reasonably well. Very nice Pilsner type. Hops are surprisingly not too noticeable up front but with growing bitter finish. Similar to a Koelsch up front with light fresh fruity notes.

Jul 22, 2008 Pours gold with nose of pale malt, honey, apricot, hops. Tastes crisp, with pale malt and hopcitrus giving way to fruity and hoppy flavors. Medium palate heft with decent complexity.
