| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 2, 2007 Draught at Pete’s Waterfront AH. Gold colored with a foamy, even spit-like head. Floral hop and sweet cereal aromas. Flavor of honeyed malts, floral, grassy and light citrus hops, with a tinge of butter. Light to medium bodied but seemed to water out after a while. A non-offensive and drinkable pils, but nothing really notable here. JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 11, 2007 Light golden color with a small head. Aroma is sweeter and malty with some summer fruits detectable. Flavor is sweet and lightly malted, but a strange fruit/adjunct flavor is very pervasive. Not well hopped for a pils. Could have been better. cheapdark (2017), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA

Ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color with a big white foamy head. Head fades after a few minutes. Smells just like good ol beer, yeasty and a bit permufy or sweet. The flavor of this is mild and well behaved. No surprizes here and I’m glad. Enjoyable and easy going. Low medium tingly carbonation, but was expecting more. Definately has that back of throat pils personality that grows. This beer is friendly and enjoyable. Clean and zesty. Perhaps a good pale yellow session brew. Very glad to have had the chance to taste this rare beer. IPA and impy stout lovers will like that medium pilsner bitter bite that hangs for a few moments after the finsh.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 23, 2007 On tap, at brewery, 3/11/07. Pours a slightly hazy very light yellow gold body under a very creamy and foamy off-white head that showed excellent retention. Aroma is light bready pils malt and some nice german hops, pretty clean. Nice fairly aggressive bitterness over the soft doughy malt. Finishes with moderate bitterness and a little bit of DMS. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp as expected with a watery body and a long lingering finish. Overall, a little watery maybe, and the DMS on the finish was a slight turn-off but at least it was pretty minimal. Aurelius (2648), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Dry and crackery, citrus zing, esteric, sturdy dry malt backbone, a formidable lawnmower beer. Sturdy bittering. can’t beat this in the Penn biergarten on a sunny August afternoon.
