750ml at GOBF ’08. Pours a hazy, dark caramel brown color with a lasting, foamy, khaki colored head. Minimal, clumping lace noted. Aromas include sweet caramel, overly ripe banana, figs, raisons, and cloves. Flavors were largely the same. Sweet, and heavy on banana and fig. Wheat adds a touch of dryness. Very little in the way of hops come through. The body is medium-full and lightly syrupy, though not overly cloying. Overall, its a pretty nice brew, but nothing special.

Poured from a bottle at Great Orlando Beer Festival. Very good Weizen Bock- it had a nice caramel color with an aroma of banana, clove, yeast, and sweetness with some toffee and caramel mixed in. A slightly bitter finish end this good beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy brown amber with a large fluffy light tan head that lasts. Aroma of banana, clove, yeast, and wheat. Taste is very fruity and sweet with a moderate amount of bubblegum. Medium full mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and slightly tart finish. Good.

Pours a dark brown, with a fluffy light tan head. Smells of some banana and sweet fruit, little wheat, little tart fruits as well. The flavor however was quite overpowered with sweetness and fruitiness. The wheat characters really didnt get a chance to show face in this brew. A little more tart than I would have liked. The nice banana that I got in the nose, was nowhere to be found in the flavor. A little disappointing, from a pleasant surprise brew at the festival.

Draft. Poured a deep amber brown body with thin head. Aroma is banana, cloves, bubblegum. Flavor is way too loaded with spices, cloves, banana and a very strong bubblegum taste. Would be pretty decent without the strong bubblegum effecting the taste.

Sampled on draft at Johnny’s Wife’s Place in Jeannette PA this beer poured a hazy dark brown color with a medium sized dark tan head. The aroma was malty banana with a touch of citrus. The flavor was malty with strong banana, moderate citrus and hints of cocoa and bubblegum. The finish was tangy banana. The mouthfeel was fairly thick and robust. Interesting.
