Pours a very bright and clear golden color with a one finger head that fades quickly to a thin swirling head and ring. The resulting lacing is thin, and tattered, but sticks well.
Smell; lots of sweet malts with caramel, bread dough and a little sugar. Some mild fruits come through as this warms with some peaches.
Taste; fro the most part the flavor follows the aroma, with caramel, bread dough malts. Then the fruits come out with peaches and and, oddly enough, slightly green bananas. The alcohol is only noticeable as a warming in the back of the throat and in my belly.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, and a little syrupy with a very low/smooth carbonation. The drinkability is pretty high especially with the big alcohol content. Overall this is a decent beer, but not something I would ever seek out again. mcbackus (753), Merritt Island, Florida, USA

clear dark gold, wispy head,
sweet candy caramel aroma with a hint of earthyness,
sticky candy caramel sweet malt flavor, a touch of earthy hops adds not really any balance but instead a bit of complexity,

Nice sweet pale malt, fresh and bready with soft honey and light herbs. A bit of straw/hay character. Quite clean and crisp. I like this and I think it’s underrated... or it doesn’t hold up in bottles well. Arayaga2 (986), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Tastes like slightly concentrated macrobeer. I wish someone had warned me about how awful this beer is. $5/22oz BückDich (4857), McCall, Idaho, USA

Nose of light hops and skunk, some alcohol and fruit, light malts. The flavor is ok, not speaking much, but some light malts are there. The body is decent though. Clean, nice, respectable bock. Thanks Nate. mwwise499 (6), Avon, Ohio, USA does not count | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 10, 2007 I got this last bottle yesterday. A little out of season. That probably would explain the slight skunk aroma. Overall, very good flavor. Clean, crisp, finishes very nice.
