Jan 18, 2009 12oz. Pours a pale golden. Everything makes sense now that this is in fact a Vienna and not Pilsner. Short, malty body with a soft carbonation that I am just not very fond of.

Dec 14, 2008 Bottle at Mad Mex - Monroeville. Pours a clear orange/amber, very small, disappearing off-white head. Aroma is subdued malt, grass and maybe some earthy notes. Flavor is a sweet but slight caramel, cereal and very vague hops. Clean and crisp.

12oz bottle. A sentimental favorite since I drank alot of these beers in times long gone by. Nice straight forward flavorful lager.

Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy malt aroma with light hops. The flavor is light but well balanced, with light grain and some hops, followed by a short finish.

Aroma is grainy, malty and floral.
Taste, hoppy floral, leaves a sweet/bitter mouthfeel, almost a mix of honey and bitter floral hops.
Aftertaste has a lingering soapy and metalic / bitter hoppy feel.

Sep 27, 2008 12 oz bottle from LooseCannon. Clear dark gold with a loose, foamy head. Nice floral nose, a bit of caramel and earth. Dry malty flavors, fairly bitter, floral and a touch of grain. Nice, dry, leafy finish, a touch of white pepper and grass. Spotty lace. A pretty damn good session beer that seems underrated. Interesing that it seems to have some kolsch-like qualities. None of the butter or butterscotch notes others have experienced.
