Bottle. Clear copper/amber pour. Aroma was malt, with some sweet/spice in there. Flavor was malty, with bitterness to it.

Pours clear copper with a small white head. The aroma has toasted pils malt, some spicy hops and diacetyl. Medium / thin body with somewhat sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with butter, spiciness and cream. the finish is spicy, sour and off-putting. Thumbs down for this pils.... or is it a vienna?

Draught @ Cincy Brewhaha. Pours a clear golden/lt. amber color with a rapidly diminishing off white head. The aroma was light earthy, floral, with a hint of caramel and a touch of citrus. The flavor had earthy bitterness, sweet malt (caramel), and citrus/floral aspects. Light/medium bodied with a crisp finish. Not bad, just not my style.

Bottle at Dilly Deli. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate tart citrus and malty aroma. Light to medium body. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Drinkable smooth brew.

This is lacking for a pilsner. Just rating a "beer"- it’s average. But it lacks most of the discernible pilsner characteristics. It has the carbonation, but it is not dry and it also has an over-present malty , sweet flavor- not usual in pilsners.

From bottle poured amber color with little head that disappeared quickly. Nice bitter flavor with a quickly fading finish.

This is a decent beer, although if you sample it at the brewery, you may wind up using a plastic cup. Hardly an endorsement of a finely crafted brew, although commensurate with the rude bartenders. Is the owner in absentia? Is this the way to engender repeat business? Yoi and double yoi. VERY dissapointing.
