Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy amber, small head. Sour sock aroma. Sweet and full bodied. Very fruity with wild yeast battling pine needles. Notes of pear and wet wood. Salty sourish resiny bitter finish. Strange and quite failed, although never really unpleasant.

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Amber colour, mediumsized creamy beige head that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some caramel malts and fudge. Flavour is rather much the same with alcohol kicking in a bit too much.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm
Hazy mahogany color. For a double Ipa, it has quite a high malt and sweet caramel profile; strong body, bold, with resiny hops; it also has a nutty character in the aroma, and light hop fruits overall. Solid, powerful and very enjoyable.

22oz bottle. Poured a medium to deeper orangish/amber color with a huge sized (5 finger) off white head. Aromas of foral hops, citrus, toasted malts, and lightly earhty. Tastes of floral hops, toasty, caramel, citrus, and a little ’sugary’. Overall the alcohol was well hidden.

Bottle at Chris_o’s "smash Kook’s granny tasting". Alround rating: Loads of sweet caramalt, theres a good amount of citrusy lemon and grapefruit and it has a bitter finish but its too far on the sweetside of balanced for me.

Bottle… Clear, deep, dark, ruby ale with a large, fluffy, off-white head and fantastic, creamy retention. The aroma is very meaty and malt-forward for an IPA – maple syrup and pralines – but also provides generous notes of earthy lupulin. Full-bodied and a touch oily with moderate carbonation. Big, meaty, robust flavor. Thick gobs of caramel and warm maple syrup are almost balanced out by a fantastic, generous hop addition (or two or three). Lengthy, bittersweet finish… the bitterness lingers long after the sweetness has been laid to rest. Bottle courtesy of craftbeerdesign!
