Strong malt aroma with a mild amount of spicy yeast. Clear amber color with a small white head. Light flavor in the beginning. Finish develops a stronger malt taste.

btl by jcwattsrugger. Deep amber pour with light off white head and lace. Light caramel malt on the aroma. Semi sweet malt with hints of caramel/mollasses (just a hint). Decent bitter. Medium bodied with good carbonation. A tad thin but just. Pretty solid AA.

Pours brown with a thin off white head. Smells of caramel, some spicy hints. Tastes earthy and semi sweet with some fruity undertones.

On tap at Mahars. Average all around, very session like. Poured a nice red, with a little head. Flavor was not bad, just weak.

Thanks to jcwattsrugger for this one. Clear rich brown body with a touch of ruby at the edges. Sits under a long lasting off-white head. Sweet malt aroma with a touch of cinnamon. Dark caramel sweetness with no hop presence. Thin.

12oz bonus from a trade a ways back. Pours amber with a generous 3 finger tan head. The nose seems to have a bit of nutmeg. Taste is sweet and oddly spiced. Strange indeed.

Amber brown color. weak caramel, hops, body, flavor. pretty light bodied and simple. not much stepping out of the ordinary here. nice lingering bitterness, however.

Appearance: Pours a reddish-hued body with a smallish, frothy, off-white head. Smell: Slight bready malt aroma with mild notes of caramelized sugar and a woodsy hop character. Taste: Dry toasty, caramel maltiness with a very restrained sweetness. Woody, somewhat spicy hops with a mild bitterness. Same until the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Not the most thrilling or exciting amber by any stretch of the imagination, but it sure is sweet that a portion of proceeds are donated to local emergency services. Yes sir, mighty sweet.
