Poured a clear red-copper color with an off-white head. Sweet fruity apricot aroma with an earthy tail. Toasted malt and light citrus round it out. the flavor starts with toasted malt and then brings in a little grainy note. The beer has a dry thin bitter finish. Light body.

12oz bonus from a trade a ways back. Pours amber with a generous 3 finger tan head. The nose seems to have a bit of nutmeg. Taste is sweet and oddly spiced. Strange indeed.

Amber brown color. weak caramel, hops, body, flavor. pretty light bodied and simple. not much stepping out of the ordinary here. nice lingering bitterness, however.

Appearance: Pours a reddish-hued body with a smallish, frothy, off-white head. Smell: Slight bready malt aroma with mild notes of caramelized sugar and a woodsy hop character. Taste: Dry toasty, caramel maltiness with a very restrained sweetness. Woody, somewhat spicy hops with a mild bitterness. Same until the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Not the most thrilling or exciting amber by any stretch of the imagination, but it sure is sweet that a portion of proceeds are donated to local emergency services. Yes sir, mighty sweet.

Pours a deep red/brown with not much carbonation. No head. Light smells of malt. Very light body. First taste is rather bland malts followed by a slight bitterness. Very light and mild. Less flavor than I expected.

Noogfest ’08. the body was dark brown with a light khaki head. The aroma was malty with some caramel. The taste was bread crust with some oranges. A bland beer.
