Body looks like a root beer float, albeit with less beige goodness floating on top. Overall a nice appearance, even if the palate wasn’t quite up to the same leve. Strong nose of roasted malts and anise in particular. The flavor is more balanced but still nicely spicy. I’d love to have a nice plate of meats and cheeses to go with this one - oh wait, I did! Thanks, Todd. nearbeer (1880), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
