The pour is a fairly clear amber-copper tone with a long lasting supply of off-white puffy head. The aroma is quite a delicious combination of fresh evergreen, caramel, and malts. The taste is more like an English bitter with honey rather than an American pale with a dryer finish. I thought it was a nice brew. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 4, 2008 Bomber from the Foodery in Philadelpha. Pours a hazy light chestnut with a two finger dusky tan head. Mild IPA-like aroma of citrus backed by lightly toasted malt. Well-balanced flavor with notes of citrur, caramel, milk chocolate and fresh baked bread. Just the right level of carbonation and a medium dry, lightly bitter finish. This would be a welcome addition to any beer fridge. Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA
