Pours a three finger light tan head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Clear deep amber/mahogany color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Light bready nose. Flavor is sweet coriander and bread. $10.59 for a 1L flip-top bottle from Beverage Warehouse Winooski, VT.

1L flip-top bottle. Deep amber beer with a creamy white head. Aroma is excellent. Rich doughy/bready toasted malt base. Rich and lightly plummy with a hint of brown sugar. Nicely balanced, rich and sweet but still very clean and incredibly drinkable. Some lightly burned caramel on the back. Rich clean and quite tasty.

I’m always happy to see new breweries in my state. Especially breweries that are regional. 1 liter swingtop bottle. Pours red with a nice tan head. Smells fruity, nutty, caramelly, earthy, spicy. Tastes of caramel, nuts, light spice, some hints of bitterness, tea, touches of booziness. Mouthfeel is full bodied with a finish that yields some warming alcohol. Decent.

pours a cloudy deep amber with an inch thick creamy tan head. . has a caramel toffee aroma with undertones of prunes and raisins. Flavor is lackluster at first but snowballs into a nutty, fruity smooth unique taste. very little carbonation.

1 litre swing top bottle purchased at the brewery. Pours an amber/brownish color with a 1/2’’ tan head. Nose is sweet caramel and malt. Palate is smooth, mildly carbonated and a bit on the thin side. The first flavor that hits the tongue is a short burst of molasses, followed by a more subtle taste of caramel. Other flavors include toffee, raisins & nuts. Starts sweet and ends sweet.

btl opened by jcwattsrugger. Dark brown pour with hints of red light tan head and lace. A hint of raisins and brown sugar on the nose. Flavor is mollasses and light toasted malt with a hint of cheeriness. Full bodied well carbonated beer. Very solid very drinkable beer. I liked it.
