When I was first looking at my sampler, I thought this was going to be a brown ale or something of the sort, then my friend points out it’s the porter. It’s clear amber in color with reddish hues. Aroma was caramel with a touch of chocolate and toasted malt. Taste was pretty much the same, with some light notes of butter and vanilla. Thin bodied. Lubiere (4549), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
