Jul 15, 2005 On cask. Big chocolate flavor. Like, it seems, most of the People’s Pint beers this beer is extremely smooth and well-made. It had a nice, almost sweet, malty undertone to the decent hop underbelly. Tasty.

Sep 8, 2003 Pours with a dark brown body topped by a thin white head with little lacing. Sweet caramel candy aroma with a sweet malty character. Sweet malty flavor wtih a strong caramel note and a very slight touch of roastiness. Medium to full bodied and smooth.

Aug 31, 2003 A very smooth, but pretty much flat-tasting porter. Nice fresh flavor, but nothing really telling me this is a porter at all, besides the color. A bit weak.

Jun 15, 2003 Has a very dark brown color and a roasted/chocolate smell. Taste was also of roasted malt/chocolate and finished with a nice crispness. Overall this was a very fine porter.
