Pretty wierd, all i could taste was dog biscuits and odd cosmetic type flavours, pretty wierd. CaptainCougar (5458), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 19, 2007 Bottle: Pours a clear amber orange with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet caramely malt and a touch of orangey citrus hops. Body starts somewhat sugary with light caramel maltiness and a decent bittering and flavor hoppy presence. Could be a little more assertive and balanced, but otherwise a decent IPA. jcwattsrugger (5333), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 22, 2004 [Cask conditioned] Strange aroma with notes of cider and bubblegum. The flavour is very hoppy with a bitter finish. MartinT (5055), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Orangey and resinous hops develop plenty of bitterness for the relaxed caramel malts to cuddle with in this substantial India Pale Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the hazy amber.
-The body is round and the carbonation rather low, making for a nourishing mouthfeel.
-Everything you expect from an American IPA is there: aroma, flavor, body, finish and drinkability.
-I guess the freshness of the tap experience serves this beer well compared to those ratings which come from a bottle.
