Commercial Description:
Our original pale ale with a light caramel color and a nice blend of malt (sweetness) and hops without a lot of bitterness. Also good as a Shandy.

[Cask conditioned] A very exotic ale. Very hoppy with notes of pineapple and mango. There is a nice bitter bite in the finish.

On tap at GBBF 05. Flat looking, golden. Restrained, but tasty aroma of hops and that. Silky, sweet and very nice hoppy beer. Hops are slightly quiet, but come through in the finish. Sticky, thick, tasty. Good sea breeze feeling.

Has a nnice amber color and a hop smell. Taste is nicely hopped and finishes with a crisp bitterness. Overall this seemed more like an IPA, but good none the less.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of oranges and loads of hops giving it a dry end.

Cask (GBBF): Gold with a short lasting head. Subdued hoppy aroma. Honey sweet caramel malt with a long fruity hop finish. Quite a nice APA.

Pours with a deep amber red body topped by a thin off-white head with a decent amount of lacing. Slighlty sweet and hoppy aroma with slight citrus notes and a good malty balance. Slightly sweet malty flavor with astrong hop presence and a touch of citrus. Medium bodied and smooth with a touch of dryness.

Cask conditioned - gravity- GBBF 2004. A mid brown beer with a typical American hoppy nose. The taste is also very typical with plenty of hops. A reasonable beer
