Floral, fruit and hops aroma, golden yellow, small off-white head. Sweet alcohol flavour, with some malt, overly alcoholic taste. A bit harsh, fair, but the aroma promised more.

Golden yellow with a nice white head and lacing. Sweetly floral fruity aroma. Flavour has a spicey note to it, followed up by sweet pale malts. Nice smooth medium bodied palate. Nice beer that bodes well for the continuation of Pepperwoods monthly offerings.

Slightly cloudy gold w/ creamy off-white, yellow-tinged foam. Very powerful, fruity (pear) aroma w/ pale malts evident. Soft, creamy feel. Pale malts dominate flavour w/ some fruity (pear) notes & a peppery finish.
