Loosely based on a Finish variety of beer called Sahti, this month’s beer is flavoured with fresh Mint and Juniper berries. The specifics of this beer are OG - 1043, Colour 3.4 Lovibond, 6.8 IBUs with a calculated alc/vol of 4.25% Enjoy!!

A take on a sahti. Light yellow and lots of carbonation bubbles. Aggressively carbonated, malty, with juniper flavour and a drying finish. Some hop bitterness in there. Mostly like a rye beer.
