Nov 26, 2007 Had on 9/9/2002 and was labeled as Boom Czech Beer. Aroma is a rich sweet malt scent. Color is a deep gold with good carbonation and thin head. Taste is like a rich European Pilsner. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a light sweet feel. Finish is a full malt flavor with a mild bitterness in the end. Overall its a good and easy drinking Pilsener.

Jun 13, 2007 bottle labeled Boom Czech Beer. light orange pour with rising bubbles to thin spotty head. wheat, grain, lemon, mild caramel, sweaty gym sock aroma. metallic, sour, bad fruit, mild yeast, dry bitter finish. very poor beer. I paid less than $3 and that was too much.

Jun 11, 2007 golden yellow colour, pours an enormous head, which stays in the glass for quite a while. Well-balanced, bitter-sweet and very malty beer.
Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark
May 6, 2007 Bottled. A golden beer with a nice white head. Both the aroma and the flavor are sweet with an OK malt profile, and a strawy hop note. The body is a bit thin.
