| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 6, 2009 Pours a dark blond colour. Intense woody aroma with some malts coming through too. Big malty flavour coupled well with a decent level of hoppiness. Dry woody finish. Good with food but no good as a session beer.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 30, 2009 From Tesco’s. Dark gold colour with a big white head. In hindsight the appearance was probably the best thing about this beer. The smell was light, subtle aromatic hops with alcohol, and barely noticable toffee, citrus. Taste much the same, a little chewy on the palate (but in a nasty way), some bitterness bought in by the hops. Much better than a pale lager, but poor for a bock really. rakkasan (80), Bresso, Italy
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 26, 2009 bottle - pours golden amber with a white fizzy head. The aroma has lots of malt with a light hint of vanilla with a little cardboard thrown in. Malt also dominates the flavor with a bit of fruit, lightly bitter finish. It’s nothing to scream about but it’s by far the best thing Peroni has to offer. Wolfbass (90), Firenze, Italy

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 19, 2009 Bottle from some gas station in Italy, shared with heavy. Poured a golden body, thick white lasting head. Sweet, dry, somewhat oily malty nose, light notes of alcohol. Warming, light taste, sweet malt, light alcohol, herbal hopiness going into the aftertaste. Not all that impressed, shame. heavy (852), Split, Croatia
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 17, 2009 12/10 0.33 l bottle from a gas station near Voghera. It had deeper golden body with medium sized head that went down fast. Honey aroma with a touch of alcohol. Sweet sugary, or at the best hand honey malty flavor with some alcohol popping out. Medium bodied brew. Longer, sweetish finish. Not I particularly enjoyed it, but I must admit it wasn’t bad. Too bad alcohol is felt at that low percent. shrubber85 (2984), Wallhalben, Germany
