MaltDawg (369), Richmond, Virginia, USA Jun 25, 2008 Off the taps at Capital Ale House. Clear light golden with large frothy white head that persists. Huge streams of bubbles rising in the glass. Aroma of pale malts with some earthy/spicey hop notes.
Slightly grainy pale malt flavor with light earthy spicey hops. Finish is clean and moderately dry with some residual hop bitterness. I got a bit of a metalic note in the flavor but it didn’t detract from the beer that much.
