Medium white head does not last. Pale yellow body with carbonation. Harmonic rubber apple and grain aroma with an acidic tinge to it. Dryish mealy rubbery taste initially, quickly develops apple and grain notes. Dry, resiny hop aftertaste with mealy grainy notes. Taste sticks in the mouth for a while. Not bad. <i>Bottled.</i> Clear golden, rocky head. Dry, lightly yeasty. Lots of grassy hops, very bitter finish.
