Aug 6, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Clear gold with a rather loose white head. Light, sweet grain nose, flavor had a surprising dry bitter bite. Not bad.

May 8, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Not too zippy. Starts sourish-malty, becomes washy to the end. Could be more fruity. Not my favourite Kölsch.

Apr 25, 2008 Bottle, 4.8%. Chalky, dusty aroma. Clear yellow colour. Small stable white head. Fruity and spicy flavour. Mild, but nice.

Mar 20, 2008 33 cL bottle, trade with Koelschtrinker. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Light citrus fruity hops aroma. Flavour is light breadish and hoppy. Ends with a breadish note and a light fruity hops flavour.

Mar 12, 2008 Bottle (from Koelschtrinker). Slightly sweet corn/barley malt aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Sweet barley malt flavor with moderate hops. Nice enough - a bit light.
