Oct 25, 2008 (Bottle, courtesy of Swalden_28) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of wheat, clove, an overheated circuit board, and coriander. Flavor of rotten orange, wheat, plastic, coriander, and nutmeg.

Nov 26, 2009 @Moosetoberfest Gathering Thanks dmac-12oz bottle-pours a thin white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is lemon, sour, some wheat. Taste is lemon, sour, some wheat, yeast.

Nov 28, 2008 Bottle... Murky, light yellow ale with a small, wispy, white head... looks like apricot nectar. Decent retention. Lemon peel, clove and wheat aroma. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with prickly carbonation. Sweet, citric, apricot and peach essences. Low bitterness, as it should be. Fruity, tangy, moderately tart, mildly sweet finish. Jan 7, 2008 Bottle courtesy of soonah. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Smells of rich malt, citrus, coriander, some hints of ginger and cloves. Tastes of ginger, bananas, coriander, lots of Belgian spices and residual sugar. This brewer’s newest beers are really impressing me.

Oct 18, 2009 A bright yellow liquid, with a modest off-white head. Hints of wheat and orange peel in the aromas. Has a mild apple pie scent with hints of cinnamon and mace. Big, sweet fruity flavors with apples, plums, pears and banana. Spice mingles in the middle with cinnamon, cloves, mace, and nutmeg. Hints of citrus in the finish. LInger has some circus peanuts and wild berries. Somewhat funky and fruity, and nut funky in the yeasty way I might normally mean funky, just funky.

Mar 24, 2008 Thanks for the bottle, dansting! Lightly hazy medium gold body with a quickly dissapating white head. The aroma has notes of lemon bread with some sweet orange sherbert. There is also a little bit of the corriander. The taste is corriander with a little bit of orange peel. The finish is fairly dry and pleasantly like straw. This is a good wit.

Oct 23, 2008 Draught. Low white and quickly disappearing head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity lemon coriander aroma and flavor. Long aftertaste, especially of coriander.
