Pours a nice mahogany color with some ruby hues. Malty aroma with a hint of plums. Flavor is sweet malts, a hint of fruit, and a slight hop character at the end. Not too sweet, and easy drinking.

Mahogany in colour, thin off-white coloured head, light lacing. The aroma is quite sweet, grainy, some cereal, wheat and a light roast. The flavour is lightly toasty, some caramel sweetness, light hop balance, nutty. Lightly sweet mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes sweet, thin, a bit watery.

Pretty basic, watery and a little on the boring side.

355ml bottle from The_Jester, thanks Andy.

Truly a ruby brown ale. Red/Purple/Brown color with a short foamy off white head. Nice malt flavor, light and refreshing to drink with a small but not bitter hop finish. Very drinkable, very clean finish.

Average. Drinks smooth, with a mellow flavor that leans toward bitter, but not too bitter. Fruity malt aroma is quite pleasant. Thin with a hint of hoppiness. Not much finish, but to be expected with a brown ale.

12oz. Kind of wicked, for a brown ale. Pours ruby brown with a smaller white head. Mostly sweet malt in the nose, some cherry. The body follows with more sweet malt, some floral hops and candied cherry on the finish. Slightly thin body but decent carbonation.

A ruby-brown clear beer with a decent off-white head that lasts. The aroma is mostly toasty malt notes. Flavor is caramel maltiness up front (hints of roast malt/chocolate), finishing with a thin hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel quite thin.
