Color is a nice looking dark brown with a lighter head. Flavor is also malty with some yeast and nut. There is a bit of tart hop hidden in the background. Flavor is muted but is pleasant and satisfying. jeremytoni (1114), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 26, 2007 Poured dark amber, with a little bit of head that went away. Not that much flavor, with a drawn out sour finish. boFNjackson (1314), Portland, Oregon, USA

Sort of a bland palate, nothing much going on and a little too carbonated for a brown ale. Flavors of fruit, nuts, malt, and a little yeasty. This kind of tastes like half lager and half brown ale. Just a little short of having that good edge to it. Saarlander (1579), Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA

Poured a ruby brown and the smell was sweet. The flavor was more of the same caramel sweetness but also some fruit taste I thought perhaps oranges. A Decent beer jredmond (1049), New Jersey, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Mar 2, 2007 This brown ale was pretty good, reminded me of Unibrow Trios Pistoles and Delirium Nocturum. Good solid brew.
