Bottle: LIght malt and moderate hop aroma with a pretty strong fish smell. Pours a transparent amber with an off-white head. Very light with a light citrus hop finish. Fish smell is a huge flaw.

Lighter brown pour, moderate head and lacing. Aroma is bland but has caramel, nuts, hint of hops. Standard but watered down brown.

One of the first micros I ever had, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. The chocolatey malt is the most noticeable characteristic of this brew, with the hops providing even more sweetness (and a little bite). Good stuff.

Yeasty aroma. Peanut butter, apples, and medium-roasted malts seem to manage most of the flavor category. The palate is a bit cidery, and I feel this style should provide more of a medium body. Ultimately, it’s crisp and refreshing, finishes clean with a small malty-sweet/hop-bitter linger. Burps like woodchuck granny smith but with seltzer water replacing the sugar.
