Commercial Description:
Inspired by the revolutionary lagers of Munich, Pete’s Wicked Helles Lager perfectly balances malt sweetness with a clean hop finish.

Golden body, not much of a nose. Thin malty taste. Not terrible, but not very good.

Has a yellow/golden color with some carbonation and a light rice(?) smell. Taste is lightly malted and finishes with a light hop bitterness/tin flavor. Overall this is not a beer that I like at all.

Nice light lager. Kind of acidic. Drinks smooth, like all of Pete's Ales, though. Definitely recommend. Get the sampler from Sam's Club when they are available.

A fuller, more complex taste than I expected from Pete's. If you have to try one from their variety pack, try this one.

I'm surprised how much I enjoy this one. Appearance is a nice medium gold with a good white head. Nose is fairly typical lager, but nice. There's a nice balanced flavor to this one, as well, which gives it a very nice, round flavor. A pretty good beer.

Munich would be impressed. Light yet bold, with a nice hop character. Just went down real smooth. Much better.

The aroma is lightly hoppy, with a hint of tin. The appearance is a clear gold with a thin white head. The flavor is mild with a slight hoppy aftertaste. The beer is crisp and clean. Overall not bad.
