Moderately full body, but a little too sweet for my taste. Not much bitter, appropriate for the style I guess. bhindbluis (17), Chaska, Minnesota, USA

Creamy, malty, chocolaty aroma with a touch of fruit. Initial sweet malty flavor, truns dry and toasty in the middle, finishing with a slight bitterness and sourness. Reid (1092), Salem, Oregon, USA

Anyway this is quite a nice looking Marzen..dark amber with a smallish off white head..nice carbonation..head goes fast but leaves attractive lace.
Smell is rather odd though..a creamy milky aroma..with some nice malt in the background...strange but not offensive.
Not too bad a taste for Pete's..nice malts..at first not toosweet and a small hop bitterness at the end.
pretty average on the palate.
quite drinkable..not bad really
