Lots of walnuts and earthy flavor, too much IMO. Acidic in a way that made you either want to drain or pour it. One of the worst O'fest I've had.

Clear copper body with small beige head. Aroma is sweet and caramel. Taste is earthy caramel, pretty run of the mill. Medium, slightly sticky body.

This is one of the finer Oktoberfest's. I actually turn down the Sam Adam's version and Beck's version if this was at the bar.

Nutty is right and fast drinking is right as well. This stuff is good with a capital G. The color is incredible and I love a foam that is orange even after it settles a bit. Do I taste some pumpkin? Maybe...tasty stuff.

Pretty good. Definately some nutty flavor in there. It went down pretty fast.

Head is initially average sized, frothy, light brown, mostly diminishing. Body is clear dark amber. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie, grain), lightly hoppy (flowers, grapefruit). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Flavor balance isn't too shabby, but the aroma leaves a lot to be desired. Drinkable but not really that enjoyable.

Copper body, medium off-white head, malty nose with a metallic twang. Pretty weak flavor with hints of malt and that metallic twang. A hint of bitterness followed by biscuity malt in the finish. Another contract-brewed mediocrity from Pete.

Copper/brown color. Decent tan head. Mild malt aroma. Just a hint of sweetness. Body is a bit bit thin. An OK O-fest.
