Dark red. Thick caramel malts - very syrupy sweet. The label calls it an ale - can’t be right, this is lager for sure.

Decent Octoberfest beer. Definately not at the top of my rankings. Will pass next time.

Toasted malt aroma. Light copper amber hue. Head dissipates quickly. Malts are nice, but this brew is on the bland side...I cant really find any hos, but who knows. Im not a big Pete’s fan, and this brew is just icky.

Sweet nose of brown sugar and spice, some hint of perfumed hops and flowers. Pours a clear medium reddish orange copper. Huge, dense, creamy off-white head that is fully lasting with decent lacing. Flavor is gingery sweet and warm typical of a Marzen. No acidity. Finish is sweet. Medium lively body is creamy and finishes alcoholic. Not a great stand alone beer, but what Marzen is? Great with food, I’m thinking brats right now...

Dark, rich amber color. Fluffy white head. This has a sweet nose with a touch of hop spice. Heavy, rich and sustaining in the mouth. A treat to drink.
