This beer is a nice switch from the abundance of summer wheats. This had a nice aged aroma, with some spring and citrus scents thrown in there. Nice pour, nice head, and a quenching taste. The lemon is a nice touch jonwayne4883 (401), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 5, 2006 Had kind of a musky sweaty aroma, some clove and a definite hint of yeastiness. Wheaty and toasted cereal maltiness, very one dimensional. Petes beers become more and more disappointing. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 23, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear amber with a handsome, off-white head of good retention. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Very light-bodied, very dry with a small hop bite, but otherwise dominated by wheat esters and citrus. I bet this is pretty much what a filtered Belgian Wit would taste like. It is thought as a light and refreshing summer quencher and as such it works perfectly. 230306 theshocker (329), Marietta, Georgia, USA

Smells fresh, floral, with a hint of cloves. Tastes fruity, definately some lemon flavors here. Very light, refreshing. Almost like an american heff. After a few sips I’m sick of it however. zombywoof (358), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
