Apr 5, 2006 Had kind of a musky sweaty aroma, some clove and a definite hint of yeastiness. Wheaty and toasted cereal maltiness, very one dimensional. Petes beers become more and more disappointing.

Mar 23, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear amber with a handsome, off-white head of good retention. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Very light-bodied, very dry with a small hop bite, but otherwise dominated by wheat esters and citrus. I bet this is pretty much what a filtered Belgian Wit would taste like. It is thought as a light and refreshing summer quencher and as such it works perfectly. 230306

Feb 21, 2006 Light tan in color, with an inviting off-white head. Smells fresh, floral, with a hint of cloves. Tastes fruity, definately some lemon flavors here. Very light, refreshing. Almost like an american heff. After a few sips I’m sick of it however.

Dec 30, 2005 Hoppy floral aroma light sweetness, lightly bitter, spruce, citrus,light body, average carbonation, not bad. A little one dimensional but an OK warm weather beer.
