12 oz. bottle from Total Wine in Huntersville, NC. A lightly golden beer with a thin white head. Noble hops aroma, with a hint of toffee. Lightly sweet taste with a bit of citrus. This is better than most of the stuff Matt Brewing labels as beer.

This was smooth, light, and refreshing. I could drink this all afternoon long and I’m thinking about brewing something similar to this myself.

Not a bad summer ale. It’s would best be served when hot and thirsty. Nothing repulsive or unpleasing about the beer at all. Way better than a miller lite or something like that. I think a 23 is a little low, but I guess It is what it is.

This is a pretty good, solid, albeit unspectacular summer Ale. I got to be honest, when I purchsed it, what attracted me was the label (a picture of a baseball player). Ahhh... love baseball season. Golden colored, pours a moderate 1/2 inch head but that fizzles down quite a bit. Wheat characteristics, slight malt and a zing of lemon give it a decent overall summer feel. I haven’t had anything that outstanding from this brewer so I’d say this is on par with the other offerings I’ve had from them.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Noble hop aroma, with a hint of toffee behind it. Light body with moderate carbonation and watery texture. Lightly sweet taste with a bit of toffee and a hint of citrus. Crisp finish. Seems like an ale that wants to be a pale lager.

it has its moments and a nice light summer zing but the rest falls a bit short, still I am recommending this for a hot sumer day

The aroma has paper, malt, grass, and some lemon. The appearance is dark gold with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall this is not good.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a light amber color, head dissipates quickly. Flavor: Just a hint of hops, with a hint of spice.
