I am very impressed by this beer. It poured a medium head that quickly dissapated but maintained a small white head that refused to die. It had a crisp light citrus flavor and a slight sweet and yeasty flavor. Great on a hot day.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed this beer. I thought it was a great tasting lighter beer. good for the summer.

This beer poured an orange color w/ golden highlights; slight lasting head and lacing. The aroma was malty, citrus (lemons), and a hint of light fruit sweetness. The flavor was the same w/ a hint of pine. The mouthfeel was aggressive and tart, a light body and lightly carbonated.

At first I didn’t like this beer, but it grew on me. The lemon flavor is very subtle at first but then it smacks you in thelips with force. A great brew for those days that get so hot you can’t stand it. Very refreshing.

I agree with some reviewers in that after letting the beer sit, the flavor got increasingly better, and fruitier. (And with all beers, they must be in a glass) Alot of folks do not like Pete’s but I find their beers to be above average, especially for the price. (6.50 for a sixer) The lemon does stand out a bit after a bit of time sitting. Maybe I enjoyed a tad bit more because it is 93 degrees in Nashville.

Pours to a golden orange with a nice head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, almost a hefe. The taste is surprisingly complex, but slightly unbalanced. Nice citrus notes, but a sour hops aftertaste sort ruins it. Definately a hot day beer, not a sipper.

Bottle. Golden, clear in color. Has white head which rapidly disperses but is not fizzy. Hoppy, floral aroma, with undertones of malt and very faint lemon. Interesting flavor. The malts blend well to produce a spicy plum flavor. Hops and lemon kick in at the end and aftertaste. Intriguing.
