Aroma consists of Brett and oak notes with some barnyard funky notes. Taste is also dominated by some Brett notes with distinctive notes of barnyard and funk. Oak is also present but no vinous notes could be detected. Full body with good carbonation. Very well done and easily drinkable.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 8, 2009 Bright fresh tart aroma, some wood, very lively and inviting. Pale gold, sparse white head, little lacing. Peach, orange, and grapefruit character, though while none of the flavors really jump out or rise and fall as I would like, the married flavors are very tasty and I’m drinking a lot more of this. Lemon rind finish. Rciesla (3876), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jan 7, 2009 Super cool. Bottle from Greens Ponce de Leon. Cool sour aroma. Some apple in the aroma. Small head, some carbonation. Sour. Woody. Subtle oxidation. Easy to drink. It’s funny. I notice this aroma and flavor in some bad barleywines and RISs, where it is bad. Here it is stronger and tasted good. I like it. Medium drinkability. Plus another sour rating! SHIG (2048), Aviano, Italy
