Bottled @ Drake’s Bar, Sao Paulo, Brazil. A hazy orange beer with no head. Aroma is very sour. Taste is acidic, notes of wood. Very dry, some citric notes. Too sour for me, not my style

Bottle 0.33 l. Nicely golden, fizzy head. Sour apples on nose and flavor. Dry, sparkling wine or cider style sourness. Juicy, mouthwatering, interesting. Quite nice, not for everyday drinking, but nice curiousity.

Pours out a small head that goes away and leaves a lacing that’s kinda weak. The color is golden like champagne. Smell is sour, so is the taste. It’s very fruity and sour at the same time. Mouthfeel is very good and I wouldn’t mind having another one of these.

Cask @ Beer Circus, Croydon. Bottle read ’Grand Reserve’. Amber gold colour. Malty honey nose. Sweet and sour taste with lactic at the back of the tongue. really different but good.

I really dug this at a home-tasting. Fantastic find from an unknown entity. Brut-ish, bone dry, reminiscent of an unfruited lambic. Pleasantly sour and oaky. I’d be curious to try this with a Thanksgiving turkey or some artisan cheeses. A good find!

330ml - Apple bite on nose, green apple and lambic sourness on palate. Appearance isn’t much but the flavor is great, and isn’t that what were here for?

bottle poured a wheat amber in color with a thin layer of white foam on the surface and unrelenting carbonation. aroma has sour green apples, citrus peel, beautiful yeast, tart cherry, candy sugar, and some background oak. just really something to smell and just got better as it warmed a bit, had no idea this would be so good. flavor is tart like it should be but with this dry sweetness that offsets it so well, light to drink with such great fruit combination’s. keeps coming at you with yeast, and the subtle flavor from the oak is tremendous, lambic like but totally different. so much better than the Oud Bruin, combines the fruit sweetness and dryness so well.

Pour is a orange with a small white head. Aroma is very wine-like with some grapes and a nice cherry. Flavor is super sour with lots of cherry and a nice yeastyness. Very tart and not one of my fav styles but i guess good enough to try once.
