Aroma is faint but sour. Flavor is tart and dry with grapefruit notes, although maybe a touch metallic. Really dry finish. Flavors are dominated by a sourness. I like it, but it’s hard to find much else. There is certainly some pit fruit complexity though. Some apricot texture with an exceedingly dry finish.
