Slightly hoppy with a little bit of a sweet edge. A touch of yeast. A touch of what might be described as a light floral perfume. Flavor is actually nice and full. Has a slight sweet edge to it that has a citric tone. I am actually surprised a bit. I didn’t expect it to be so full and even. It does have a bit of a syrupy tone to it, though it is not overwhelming. Mouthfeel is pretty good. Slight edge of carbonation. Very drinkable. I could down these all night and right now I am wishing I had more to be able to do just that. This is the first out of the Petrus 6-pack I picked up. It’s a good start. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Quite similar to the Triple really, tangy thinnish malts, some spiciness and fruit, squashy fruit like bananas comes to mid, then a late and reasonably bitter hop. Not as accomplshed as the Triple but its ok. jewedekind (450), Middleton, Wisconsin, USA
