Bottle. Clear amber with a good offwhite head. Fruity aroma rminding me of spiced apples. Apples flavours are balanced by good hoppiness and spices towards the finish. Warming alcohol, good carbonation. A good blond.

24 Jun 2006 - Light fruit spice hop aroma. Hazy amber colur with great head and good suds lacing. Sweet start, very light fruit and big hop flavour. Tangy, light spice hop finish.

Apple crumb cake lambic aroma in a bottle which transitions into lemon iced tea in the glass. Bio brew. Looks like most of my homebrew about a week out from bottling - butterscotch gold brown, opaque, bubbly. Poor old St. Peter looks like Santa Claus with a brewski and a fat key. Vanilla, cake, caramel, medium bittering, woody, candi sugar. Fizzy medium body, tangy woody finish.

Aroma of stone fruit and yeast. Bit of malt. Beautiful apricot color, with small bits and a white head that went away but left a bit of lacing. Nice mouthfeel, thins a bit with swishing. Starts with a nice bit of bitterness, reminiscent of a hoppy pilsner. Really clean, really nice. Am not sure what sort of light fruit taste is here, but the hops balance well. The malt is so light as to not be bothersome.

Copper color with a large head that quickly collapsed. Dried bread aroma. Earthy hop taste with some basic grains. Very plain.

Dark orange and almost clear beer. Has a medium white head, mostly lasting. No spice. Aroma a bit weak, malty notes. Warming flavor. Sweet.
