bottle poured a hazy golden amber in color with a thin head on the beer and good constant carbination through the tasting. aroma has a yeasty sour, light citrus, perfume spice, and malt. mouth feel is medium light and flavor is somewhat sweet, again the perfume spice but not in an over the top dose, malt gives it good body, and as it warmed there was more hop spice that became present. not what i have come to expect from a blond ale, it is somewhat soft but far from bland or delicate. finish hangs on for a minute or two with some acid and a nice bite slowly fading leaving me wanting another sip.

Bottle, pours a slight cloudy gold color, with a thin white head, light aroma of bread, citrus and slight spice. Initial taste is somewhat sweet but finishes dry, slight metallic notes, slightly fruity esters. Not a bad brew.

330ml bottle. Clear amber, thin head. Crisp, almost pilsy, aroma, slightly metalic tinges. Pleasant carbonation. Simple taste, common to belgian blonds - sweet very light malts and gentle, but noticible sharp hoppiness. Good as an aperatif.
