Cole (266), , Alberta, Canada Nov 6, 2009 Funny Label, Pours Dark brown, thin foamy head, low retention. Fruity, cinimmon bun araoma. Almost like Christmas cake. Flavour is very sweet andf fruity, lots of plum and spices, including cinimmon making for a very enjoyable beer. However, It is not srring enough and really a little too sweet. Really lacking in body. All in all a bit disapointing. hobbersr (393), Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada Nov 5, 2009 Pours a dark brown with a medium sized head. The aroma is very sweet and malty. Caramel, butterscotch, rum & butter, candied fruit and spice. The taste is similar to the nose, but just a little too sweet for my taste. Add a little bitterness and alcohol and you’ve got a winner here. But as it stands, just an average beer. mcberko (124), British Columbia, Canada Nov 3, 2009 Updated: Nov 8, 2009330mL bottle - pours dark brown with a thin, off-white head. Quite unique. Smooth and easy drinking, hides the alcohol with Belgian expertise beneath the mild sourness.
